Diffuse your Morning Stress with this DIY Essential Oils Blend!

Mornings at home with kids test your limits EVERY day. I can certainly relate as a mom of three young children. It’s only 7am and you are already on your last nerve!! Try diffusing the morning stress with “last nerve blend” as soon as you make your way into the kitchen. Allow it to permeate the space while everyone is bustling around trying to get out the door on time. It calms everyone down. It helps keep everyone moving in a cohesive flow. My husband and I swear by it.

 

“Last Nerve Blend”

2 drops lavender

1 drop wild orange

1 drop geranium

1 drop clary sage

 

*Remember that therapeutic grade essential oils are extremely potent so be careful when putting drops into your diffuser. One drop of peppermint oil is as potent as 47 cups of peppermint tea!
