Shari Zitsow was first introduced to Pilates in 1998 as part of her own physical therapy regimen after a series of injuries. She was so inspired by the results, that she started taking courses to help understand why Pilates had such a positive effect on her body.
In 2003, she decided to leave her executive role in Marketing and PR to focus on teaching Pilates full-time. The ability to get people moving with more ease and less pain has been a driving force behind her practice. Evolving information on how the body works and how it impacts people makes Pilates a smart form of exercise; it challenges the brain and the body, making it a fantastic career choice to satisfy Shari’s need to keep learning and growing.
Her high energy and positive attitude are infectious; it inspires her students to keep pushing themselves to be their best selves, smile and have fun!
