Nora DeBora is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, Live Blood Microscopist and Personal Trainer who embodies everything Wellness related. From physical activity to meditation and healthy nutrition, Nora strives to live a balanced life through her connection to her body, mind and spirit. Her earlier years of competitive dance training set the stage for her love and passion for physical movement and breath work, which motivated her to pursue the discipline of yoga and soon after complete her Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa and Hatha in 2011. Nora continued to pursue her education in Ayurveda and Holistic Nutrition and now runs her own business building healthier and stronger individuals and communities through her holistic health guidance and programs. Nora is inspired by the growth and development of others, and strongly believes in educating her students to empower them with the knowledge, tools and skills to pursue a wholesome, sustainable life. On her personal time, she loves to travel, read, spend time with family and friends. When she isn’t working or spending time with loved ones, she’s challenging her body and mind through various activities such as Yoga, Muay Thai, strength and conditioning training, plyometrics and calisthenics training, alongside meditation.
