Kerry Heming is a certified Pilates, Barre, and Yoga Instructor. She has high energy and a bright spirit which she weaves into all aspects of her job and her life. Her joyous personality especially shines through in her fun and uplifting classes. She loves pushing her students a little bit further each and every week, taking them to the next level of their practice.
Through her personal practice, Kerry has found both pilates and barre to be the most effective forms of exercise to transform the body’s shape and structure while creating a strong mind/body connection. Kerry understands the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle and strives to help her students become the healthiest version of themselves.
