Aniela flawlessly couples her high-energy vibe and love of making people smile with her integrative understanding of anatomy and movement. Her classes focus on mindfulness and alignment and are inspired by functional movement, yoga, and other modalities.
After unhappily and unhealthily working as a professional model in her early 20s, and in search of a more passionate presence in her life, Aniela fell in love with the practice of yoga. She began studying various facets of the practice, including Kundalini yoga with Sat Dharam Kaur, Restorative, Pre/Postnatal and Yin Yoga. She received her Hatha/Vinyasa yoga certification from The Yoga Sanctuary and in 2013 completed her Pilates training at Body Harmonics. She is currently working towards a reformer certification with Leslie Parker at Mindful Movement Center.
Aniela is honoured to work with a varied community including beginners, advanced athletes, lovers of movement, those on a healing journey or those just looking for a good burn. Teaching, learning, and connecting with her students is where Aniela finds joy and passion. She attests to the statement that “if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” Aniela believes that above working hard and staying focused and present, our time here is to be enjoyed.
