We are excited to bring to you Pilates Level 2. This class will include all the challenging exercises you love in our Pilates classes but will be kicked up a notch! Join us for a fun class where you’ll work with speed, coordination and more advanced strengthening exercises to tone, lengthen and challenge your mind and body. This class is for someone who has been attending our all levels Pilates class for at least 6 months and is a high-energy class, where the music is loud and you are guaranteed to feel the burn!
