Kundalini Yoga at 889, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is suited for students looking for a more spiritual practice. Kundalini Yoga combines meditation, mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques that encompass the eight limbs of yoga into a singular practice. Physically, a regular Kundalini practice will: strengthen the nervous system, activate the glandular system, expand lung capacity, purify the bloodstream, build a strong immune system, and improve circulation. Emotionally, a regular Kundalini practice will: teach you to calm your mind, help you develop your intuition, reduce confusion, clear the subconscious mind, help you move on from blocks that are keeping you stuck and increase serotonin levels which make you happy!
