In this uniquely layered class, you will mindfully explore various aspects of yoga, such as: dynamic asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), one or two restful restorative poses and a closing meditation. Elements of yoga philosophy will be woven into the teaching. This class is well suited for those seeking a slower paced, holistic yoga experience. This is a great class for anyone who has completed 4 sessions of Yoga Basics. You will have the opportunity to hone your foundations and build a practice. This class is also for the seasoned yogi looking to slow down the asana and re-connect to their body and mind. Leave feeling refreshed and more connected to self.
