Every time Natasha teaches at a new studio or meets a new client, she gets that butterfly feeling, excited to share her passion and demonstrate the magical effect Pilates has on the mind and body.
Natasha tried her first-ever Pilates class about four years ago and instantly I fell in love with the practice. To satisfy the urge to dive deeper into this mindful way of movement she completed her teaching certification through STOTT Pilates and is now teaching mat work, reformer, and barre. Her teaching style focuses on classical principles while incorporating innovative and fun contemporary techniques.
Natasha’s ultimate goal is to teach her students how to be better connected to their bodies while improving posture and flexibility while also strengthening the spine and joints.
