I am a certified Pilates and Breath work instructor, and Mindset Life Coach. I love sharing information with my clients about the practices, tools, and methods I use(d) to heal, transform, and care for my mind, body, and soul. My approach to fitness is to look at it as a mindfulness practice that makes us feel strong, grounded, and appreciative of our bodies. My low impact (but super effective) classes always include breath work as well as modification and progression options, so all fitness levels can feel confident, successful, and have fun!
