How Do You Practice Self-Care?
Co-founder Emily Ridout has created this Self-Care Accountability worksheet to help you answer the question of how you practice self-care. In this exercise, Emily encourages you to carve out 10 minutes of your time in order to plan actions. Creating these actions and planning them into your calendar will help to keep you accountable in caring for yourself. Whether it’s running a hot bath or going to that yoga class you’ve always wanted to, there is always something we can do for ourselves to reconnect and to nurture.
