My passion for yoga initially started in Vancouver, BC where I fell in love with the fluid movement of the vinyasa flow practice. This path lead me to study Prana Flow with Shiva Rea in Los Angeles, California.

My classes will leave you feeling ultra-sweet, light and cozy. You will transition through postures seamlessly with an emphasis on breath-body connection, while being mindful of alignment.

These classes will strengthen, stretch, tone and improve balance, while detoxifying vital organs…all this accompanied by a steady rhythm of hip tunes.

I have completed my Masters in Social Work, with a specialization in Mental Health, work as a therapist and have a gentle approach to teaching.

What is Flow Yoga?

A full body and mind conditioning yoga class that is accessible and highly enjoyable to students with a basic understanding of the fundamentals of yoga. An 889 classic for yoga lovers to improve stamina and flexibility and leave feeling energized and blissful. A strong emphasis on alignment in a compassionate and peaceful space. Moving at a manageable pace, poses are held for longer to both challenge you and learn the art of maintaining integrity and form.
