“Origami of Adjustments”

The art of adjustments and enhancements rests of this main question, how we might define what “deeper” is. In this training you will discover how to give adjustments and enhancements that help the practitioner to feel correct alignment in the asana, the beauty of a healing placement of the hands and appropriate level of intensity, and how to encourage the student experience in the pose, which in turn is effective, safe and moving the practitioner deeper into their essential core and centre.
