Toronto Mamas! Join us for this Postnatal Pilates mat class, designed specifically for reconditioning your body after pregnancy and childbirth. No Pilates experience is required. Bring your baby, or come on your own!* This class will focus on re-flattening the abdominal wall and strengthening the pelvic floor. Your instructor will address postural issues and muscle imbalances created by pregnancy. In this class, we will use small equipment, such as toning balls, straps, and stability balls to further challenge your body. Leave feeling energized, relaxed and toned.
*Babies must be at least 6 weeks old to attend this class and are welcome to attend until they begin to crawl.
