This yoga and pilates fusion class focuses on breathing, flexibility, and toning with postures intentionally sequenced to strengthen deep abdominal muscles from the inside out. Our prenatal classes are both energetic and nurturing. In this class, a special focus will be placed on strengthening the pelvic floor. You will practice deep breathing to help lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles in preparation for delivery. This class will leave you feeling confident, connected and strong. This class is a great way to meet other pregnant folks in Toronto and connect to the life growing within you. We welcome pregnant folks at any stage of pregnancy. Mat is required.
