Refund policy

RETAIL BOUTIQUE POLICY:

We accept exchanges within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Approved returns will be issued as store credit for future use (valid in-store and online).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Hygienic products are final sale.
  • Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are final sale.
  • Clearance items are final sale.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. If you experience any issues, please contact us prior to completing your purchase and we will be happy to assist.

Promotional pricing and sale offers are not applicable to previous purchases.

 

STUDIO POLICY:

To ensure the highest level of service and availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to private bookings and events.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.

A valid card on file is required to secure all bookings.
