YOGA FLOW
A dynamic, full-body vinyasa class designed to meet you where you are. Guided by intentional sequencing and mindful breath, this class invites you to build strength, increase mobility, and deepen your connection to self—whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining an advanced practice.
Modifications and variations are always offered, creating an inclusive space where beginners feel supported and seasoned practitioners stay challenged. Expect fluid transitions, purposeful movement, and a balanced experience that leaves you grounded, energized, and fully embodied.
MINDFUL SOMATIC YOGA
This class will help you to become more flexible not only with your physical body but with your nervous system. Drawing from the field of somatics which explores the connection between sensations, movement and emotions and the practice of yoga, meaning union, each class is an invitation to connect deeply with yourself. We begin with a mindful check-in followed by intentional movement, breath work, meditation and rest. Each posture is an invitation to explore not perform. There is nothing to perfect – simply notice and honor what arises. This class is well suited for those experiencing stress, anxiety or overwhelm. You’ll leave with practical tools to bring about balance and ease.
POWER YOGA FLOW
An energizing, heat-building vinyasa practice designed to challenge both body and mind. This dynamic class expands on the foundations of Flow, introducing advanced variations, arm balances, and inversions within a strong and intentional sequence.
Expect powerful movement, creative transitions, and opportunities to explore your edge with focus and resilience. While modifications are always offered, we recommend having some prior yoga experience before joining Power Flow.
CORE YOGA FLOW
A dynamic, full-body vinyasa flow class designed to condition both body and mind—with a strong emphasis on core engagement throughout. Instructors offer thoughtful modifications and progressions to support all levels, allowing beginners to build strength and confidence, while inviting more experienced students to explore deeper challenges. Expect a communal, empowering space where you can connect to your breath, centre through your core, and grow within your personal practice.
YIN YOGA
A grounding yin yoga practice designed to gently open the body and calm the nervous system. In this meditative class, postures are primarily focused on the lower body and are passively held for several minutes, allowing fascia to release and deeper layers of tension to soften.
The Release supports the body’s natural healing process and can be especially beneficial for injury recovery or physical stress. Accessible to all levels, this practice offers the potential for profound physical and emotional release—creating space to reset, restore, and reconnect.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A deeply restful practice designed to soothe the nervous system and invite total relaxation. This class is open to all and especially supportive for those seeking restoration, balance, or a gentle pause from the demands of daily life.
With the support of props, postures are held in stillness—mostly lying down—to allow the body to fully release and the mind to settle. This restorative yoga class offers a quiet, nurturing space to rest, reset, and return to yourself.
A slow and soulful class designed to bring the body into deep rest and the mind into spacious stillness. You’ll be guided through a calming meditation that gently anchors your awareness in breath, body, and visualization—opening the door to presence, clarity, and release. This experience is supported by distance Reiki, a hands-free energy practice that channels Universal Life Force energy through a trained practitioner. Reiki flows where it’s needed most, working on both the cellular and energetic levels to support healing, balance, and restoration. You’ll remain comfortably lying down throughout the session. We recommend wearing soft, cozy layers to help you fully relax and receive.
Meditation is a way inward—an invitation to meet yourself just as you are, with nothing left out. This class offers a compassionate space for self-inquiry through a blend of guided meditation, somatic awareness practices, reflective writing prompts, and thematic exploration. You’ll cultivate tools to self-soothe, regulate your nervous system, and tend gently to thoughts and emotions as they arise. The practice supports deep healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of presence. No prior experience is necessary—beginners are warmly encouraged. You’re welcome to sit on a cushion or chair, or lie down during practice. Please bring a mat if you prefer to recline, and a journal and pen for optional reflection. Rooted in the Insight Meditation tradition and grounded in secular, trauma-informed teachings.
A mindful, full-body mat Pilates class designed to build core strength, enhance stability, and improve alignment. With a focus on breath and control, you'll move through intentional sequences using props like resistance bands and weighted balls to isolate and strengthen key muscle groups. Open to all levels, this class is foundational for anyone with a regular movement practice—supporting deeper body awareness, coordination, and resilience from the inside out.
A dynamic, full-body Pilates class designed to tone, strengthen, and challenge. Using bodyweight resistance and hand weights, you'll target multiple muscle groups, build endurance, and sculpt long, lean muscles—without adding bulk. This class encourages deep core engagement, increased flexibility, and greater stamina, all set to energizing music.
We recommend having some experience with The Pilates before joining Power Pilates.
A thoughtful blend of yoga and Pilates designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. This class focuses on breath, flexibility, and deep core strength, with postures intentionally sequenced to tone and stabilize the body from the inside out. Special attention is given to the pelvic floor, core awareness, and alignment—helping you prepare physically and mentally for birth. Expect a practice that is both energizing and deeply grounding, guided by mindful breathing to strengthen and lengthen safely. You’ll leave feeling strong, connected, and confident.
This is also a beautiful opportunity to meet other pregnant folks in Toronto and connect more deeply with the life growing within you.

This class features powerful, dynamic movements and faster-paced sequencing to elevate your heart rate and challenge coordination. Whether you're aiming to get stronger, improve athletic ability, or take on new challenges, you'll leave feeling empowered, energized, and accomplished. Props will be used!
