Ashley Holly Dyment is a registered yoga therapist, Pilates teacher, and movement educator with over a decade of experience. With thousands of hours of training, she specializes in yin, restorative, vinyasa, hatha, Ashtanga, meditation, and Pilates, offering dynamic, personalized classes for all levels. Ashley’s teaching is rooted in her global experience in development work, bringing a deep passion for healing, strength, and transformation. Her mission is to help students reconnect with their bodies, soothe stressed minds, and rediscover their energy and spark.
