My passion is focused on mental & emotional well-being. I love helping people, such as yourself, incorporate Eastern mindfulness traditions and healing practices into the reality of our modern Western lifestyle.
I’m a wellness experience architect, self-discovery educator and certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher. After a successful (yet stressful) career in the music industry, I began my journey of discovery in an Ashram in India.
I have since dedicated the last seven years travelling throughout India, South East Asia and Central America designing and leading wellness programs and retreats. I love helping others incorporate Eastern mindfulness traditions and healing practices into our modern Western lifestyle.
I continue to learn from renowned wellness thought leaders and more formally studied Mindfulness at the University of Toronto. It’s my lifework to infuse practical mindfulness tools into everyday life to guide people to live aligned to their purpose.
