Tasha takes a holistic approach to yoga. She is a Yoga & Meditation teacher, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Student, and Lululemon Ambassador. She has been teaching yoga for almost 8 years and has trained in the Himalayas, Montreal, and Toronto. Tasha has been a Reiki practitioner since the age of 9 and is currently studying Eastern Religion and Buddhist Psychology at the University of Toronto.
Tasha has learned the importance of self-inquiry through Yoga. In the year 2000, she began learning the process of yoga as a tool for transformation, compassion, self-mastery, and humility. In 2006 she embarked on her yoga teacher training journey and she hasn’t stopped since. It was in Northern India, the Himalayas, where she received a wealth of wisdom in the ancient vedic tradition. Tasha is a certified hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, pre & post natal, kids, yoga as a birth method, and meditation teacher. She offers philosophy and hands-on modifications to ensure proper alignment for her students. Her classes are relaxing, open, and inviting. Her most influential teacher has been Sachne Kilner and applying the wisdom of yoga into daily life.
