Michelle began her journey with movement as a dancer and later became a passionate yoga student, experiencing transformation on the energetic, emotional and physical realms through the teachings of yoga.
She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through Yandara Institute in 2012 and has since dedicated her life’s work to sharing spiritual and yoga practices as medicine to heal, awaken and re-connect to the heart and body.
Her dancing spirit is weaved into her unique teaching style, which is soulful, flowing and dynamic. Her welcoming energy and clear instruction make her classes accessible and fun for all levels of students.
Michelle has received over 500 hours of yoga training, including Restorative, Yin and Kids yoga, and she continues to study with renowned teachers from around the world in various healing arts.
Michelle is also a practicing Reiki and Thai-yoga massage therapist, and her treatments infuse both massage and energetic healing to provide relaxation, tension release and emotional balance.
