Melissa takes a holistic approach to life, diet and exercise. Having a strong passion for movement and nutrition, she is a certified Pilates instructor and a registered holistic nutritionist. She describes her style of teaching as “spicy” which entails constant burning (in a good way) and sculpting. People leave her class feeling accomplished, stronger and chiseled in all the right areas. Her flows are creative just like her personality.
As she has a strength background, she uses this in her classes. Melissa started Pilates years ago due to a hip injury and fell in love with it. She shares her journey with pilates through teaching, allowing her students to go through their own journey all while feeling strong and in control.
