Learning and teaching are what moves Fernanda. Meditation, mindfulness, and yoga have been an important part of her life for over 20 years.
Teaching full time since 2001 made her embrace life and people in a more profound, compassionate, and resourceful way. Her passion for meditation and mindfulness pushed her to study, practice more, and teach in Brazil, the US, India, Nepal, China, Japan and of course Canada. She has accomplished 1000 hours REY Teacher Training, 300h in Yoga Therapy/Ayurveda and more than 1000 hours of training in 12 years studying and teaching Meditation Fundamentals and Mindfulness all over the world.
She loves sharing and giving valuable cues to reshape asanas; including hybrid poses is a must in her classes, always different and creative. She teaches from her heart always including mindful movement, chakra, sound, and breath healing exercises in every class.
