Learning and teaching is what moves Fernanda. Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga have been an important part of her life for over 20 years.
Having had her own studio for 11 years and managed some other big studios, yoga/meditation teacher trainings, dozens of retreats have shaped her career and life.
Teaching full time since 2001 made her embrace life and people in a more profound, compassionate and resourceful way. Her passion for Meditation/Mindfulness pushed her to study, practice more and teach in Brazil, US and India, Nepal and China, Japan and of course Canada having accomplished 1k h REY Teacher Training, 300h in Yoga Therapy/Ayurveda and more than 1k h of training in 12 years studying and teaching Meditation Fundamentals and Mindfulness all over the world.
She loves sharing and giving valuable cues to reshape asanas; including hybrid poses is a must in her classes, always different and creative, and she definitely teaches from her heart always including mindful movement, chakra, sound and breath healing exercises in every class.
