April Miranda is a Toronto-based executive life coach, yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and master healer. With a university degree in kinesiology, and a background in dance, April intentionally combines the art and science of human movement in her classes. She has been teaching yoga for 5 years and movement for 10+ years. She teaches with a unique blend of strength and relaxation. A flow class lead by her is the perfect balance of being lead through challenging poses with skillful instruction, and being nurtured by April’s unique ability to fill the room with joyfulness.
