Alexandra Laliberte

My first great love for movement came from Vinyasa yoga. It changed how I felt about “exercise” and my body. Wanting to deepen my practice, I went on to complete my yoga teacher training with Mula Yoga. After an intensive month in the jungle of Bali, I found my calling to teach others. From there, the detailed problem solver in me became so drawn to anatomy and alignment through movement that I went on to complete my Pilates teacher training at Mindful Movement Centre.¬†Initially, I had done Pilates to strengthen my yoga practice and now find great joy in combining the two. As a teacher, I look to help others connect with their bodies, to bring mindfulness, balance and playfulness to movement while providing a challenging practice.
