Emily’s Weekend Packing List

This weekend, like many others, we’re cottage bound! After many mini road trips and airplane rides with my littles, I have come up with a packing list that helps our little family of five have the best weekend possible. Today I’m sharing that list with you!

summer weekend blog-01

(1) doTERRA box // to store my oils!

(2) Shield doTERRA bug spray + Zengest doTERRA essential oil // to ward off bugs and for overeating tummy aches.

(3) On Guard doTERRA essential oil // for if I get run down or kids get a fever or if I want to diffuse a beautiful scent. Also great for when around many other people and their potential sickies. + Lemon doTERRA essential oil  // so I don’t have to bring a lemon for each day or my lemon water  + Balance doTERRA essential oil // for balancing my energy when I’m with a lot of people and with my kids. It’s meditation in a bottle if I can’t get my practice in first thing.

(4) doTERRA Petal Diffuser // for bed time.

(5) “Owie Spray” (a homemade blend of frankincense, melaleuca, lavender, fractionated coconut oil)

(6) B Yoga Travel mat // for my daily yoga/Pilates fusion practice.

(7) Kaia Naturals travel wipes // for removing sunscreen off the face or face paint off the kids.

(8) Happy Spritz // to spray in my room and my kids rooms when I arrive

(9) Rahua Dry Shampoo + Travel Size Shampoo & Conditioner // for in between shampoos and great hair first thing after waking up. Easy transition to dinner without a wash blow dry.

(10) Five Minute Journal // to keep me vibrating on a grateful frequency – always reaching for higher vibration thoughts to invite it in!

(11) S’well water bottle // to take a bottle of wine chilled on a picnic!

(12) RMS Lip to Cheek + Uncover Up // Lip to Cheek on lips and cheeks as a “pick me up” in the morning and the Uncover Up on my eyelids for the same reason (game changer for my morning look).

(13) Suntegrity // keep me and the family sun safe!

(14) 889 Mala // to keep me connected to the mother.

(15) Kris Nations // to add a little sparkle.
