The Yoga Tune Up method uses ball rolling techniques in a unique format of self-massage that is designed to release accumulated tension in the body. Yoga Tune Up helps to identify and target your “body blind spots” (areas that are most overused, underused, or misused) by pairing conscious corrective exercises, functional strength training and dynamic stretching. This method heals damaged muscles, increases strength and mobility and establishes healthy movement patterns to help you erase pain in your practice and daily life.
