Having trouble sleeping? This class is for you! Yoga Nidra means Yogic sleep. It is a state of conscious deep sleep that restores the body and mind. This practice is done lying down, supported by a variety of props. All you have to do is get comfy, listen and follow along with the guided journey your teacher takes you on. You will leave this class feeling like you’ve just had a few hours of deep, restful sleep.
Yoga Nidra is open to everyone. No experience is required.
