Vinyasa Flow 2/3 is a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga practice that builds from our Vinyasa Flow 1 class, exploring more advanced variations of arm balances and inversions. If you have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months and are looking to deepen, this is the class to take your practice to the next level. You will be guided through advanced sequences with up to 15 other students, ensuring a safe and intimate practice. This class will challenge your body and mind to push beyond their limits. In Vinyasa Flow 2/3, you will step outside of your comfort zone, cultivate your inner strength, explore your edges and of course, have fun!
We recommend 6 months to a year of practice in Vinyasa Flow All classes prior to attending Vinyasa Flow 2/3.
