This class will slow things down so that you can truly find your neutral and learn how to practice pilates safely and effectively. In this class, you will improve your posture, balance and alignment. You will find your foundation and begin to understand how your body moves. We will work slowly and deeply into the body with a focus on joint mobility, flexibility, balance and core strength. Therapeutic Pilates is also perfect for someone recovering from an injury. Learn how to ease daily aches and pains and actively achieve recovery. This class is designed to empower you to participate confidently in all other 889 classes. We highly encourage everyone to start with Therapeutic Pilate!
