Stress Melt Flow combines equal halves of Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Stress Melt Flow will undo all physical and mental stresses of your day. In the first half of the class, you will be guided through a gentle Vinyasa Flow. It will reconnect you to your body and allow for the fatigue and stress to start falling away on a cellular level. For the second half of the class, your instructor will guide you through a series of Restorative Yoga postures. Props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks will be used to support your practice. Leave this class feeling relaxed, with new space for healing, inspiration and fresh ideas.
