Toronto Mamas-to-be! Get ready to strengthen deep abdominal muscles from the inside out, using movements designed specifically for your pregnant body. 889’s Prenatal Pilates classes are both energetic and nurturing. In this class, a special focus will be placed on strengthening the pelvic floor. We will practice deep breathing to help lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles in preparation for delivery. This class will leave you feeling confident, connected and strong. The 889 Prenatal Pilates classes will connect you to your body, your baby and with other mamas-to-be!
We welcome pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy to this class. No previous Pilates experience is required.
