Prenatal Barre

Energize. Connect. Strengthen.  889 Prenatal Barre is a fun and effective ballet barre-inspired workout that will help to lengthen and tone your body from head to toe. With the assistance of the ballet barre, we will work to improve your balance and alignment, challenging your coordination, and enhance your mind-body connection.

This class is the perfect compliment to your Prenatal Yoga and Pilates practice. After just 45 minutes, you will feel more body aware, energized and confident. Connect to your body, your baby and meet other pregnant women in the 889 Community. Join us for Prenatal Barre!

This practice is low to no impact. We welcome women at any stage of pregnancy. No previous Barre experience is required. Bring your mat and water bottle. Barre socks are required.
