Moms – this class is designed specifically for reconditioning your body after pregnancy and childbirth. Bring your babies or come on your own!
With the help of the ballet barre, work to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and alignment. Other props will be incorporated to assist in challenging your agility, coordination, and mind-body connection.

This practice is low to no impact. Babies must be at least 6 weeks old to attend and are welcome to attend until they begin to crawl. Bring your mat and a water bottle. Barre socks are required. Baby carriers are optional if you’d like to wear your baby for the workout!
