We’re excited to bring Misfit Method classes to 889! Move with grace and strength, while integrating body and mind. Pilates Get Lifted works your entire body. This class will set you right. A Pilates class for the body, mind and soul. Reconnect to your breath and dive deeper, into your physical self. From fingertip to toe tip, the entire body will be worked, challenged and moved as we tune into the mystical elements that surround us. You will walk out feeling lifted! This class is great for integration with any other physical activity you regularly practice. Move through life with ease!

We recommend practicing Pilates for 8-12 weeks prior to attending this class.
