Pilates Get Cheeky – MISFIT METHOD

We’re excited to bring Misfit Method classes to 889! This full body workout puts the focus all on your glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs. Your body will build muscular heat from the varying movements and shapes. You’re sure to feel this lingering effect as you walk through the rest of the day!

We recommend practicing Pilates for 8-12 weeks prior to attending this class.
