Flow & Meditate

Movement and Meditation in the morning will prepare your body and mind to thrive.
This class will increase energy in the body, open your awareness, and promote healing. Flow & Meditate offers 40 minutes of Vinyasa Flow (all levels), followed by 20 minutes of Meditation.
Flow & Meditate will encourage self-discovery through conscious movement, breath-work, rest, and other meditative techniques. This class will help you reduce stress, build strength, and most importantly set you up for a successful day ahead!
This class is for everyone. All levels of practice are welcome.
