Core Power Flow fuses the elements of core conditioning and body awareness exercises, with the freedom and energy of a Vinyasa Flow class. This class focuses on toning the body from head to toe with purifying asana and pranayama sequences. Core Power Flow is a great class to compliment your weekly Yoga or Pilates practice and will bring you back to your center. The perfect combination of strength training and Flow Yoga will have you feeling brighter, lighter and ready to take on your day.
Everyone is welcome in this all-levels class. We recommend 3-6 months of Vinyasa Flow 1 practice prior to attending.
