Upper Back Openings

How many of us don’t hunch?

Whether it is because we are shy, lack self-confidence, work on a computer, are constantly on our phones, nursing or reading books; so much of what we do enhances the curve of our upper spine or upper back.

In this short video I’d like to offer a few simple ways to begin opening the chest and finding length once again in our upper backs.
